SAN FRANCISCO! It’s been such a fun time exploring the city and catching up with family and friends. Traveling has always helped me regain some peace of mind and learn more about myself – I figure you can’t become what you want without giving it your best shot first, HA! So here are some of my “best shots” (w/ locations) from my trip to the Bay Area + some fun instagrammable spots if you are planning on visiting for yourself!

THE PAINTED LADIES – ALAMO SQUARE PARK

YOU GOT IT DUDE! Okay no more Full House references – I swear! I sat in the park for a while to check out the iconic painted ladies and it did not disappoint! It was packed but very worth seeing if you’re interested in going!

THE PALACE OF FINE ARTS – 3601 LYON ST

It’s almost like Europe in a little piece of San Francisco – definitely one of my favorite parts plus there were events and a wedding going on which made it even more exciting to see this incredible venue up close!

MURALS IN THE MISSION

BAKER BEACH

Beautiful view of the Golden Gate Bridge – you can’t really beat it! I went when it wasn’t super crowded but perfect for having a picnic and just relaxing! (Hint: Dress warmly!)

AFTERNOON WANDERINGS IN OAKLAND, CA

SISTER – 3308 GRAND AVE, OAKLAND, CA

Hip coffee shop in Grand Lake – I found a really cool flower shop and book store on the same street plus the coffee & food was pretty great for a chill afternoon!

MR. HOLMES BAKEHOUSE – 1042 LARKIN ST

The iconic Instagram spot at Mr. Holmes Bakehouse! It was the last thing on my to-do list in the city PLUS the pastries were AMAZING. If you’re planning on checking it out – my advice is to go earlier in the day closer to when it opens because the popular treats sell out FAST – but luckily I was able to snag an apple danish just in time!

So that’s all I got for ya! I’d like to add more travel content to my blog in the future so thanks for reading along and checking out my little adventure to the Bay Area!
